Seller Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

All sellers on Dragonstone are responsible for shipping their own items directly to customers.

By listing items for sale, sellers agree to the following:

Shipping Responsibilities

• Sellers must ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

• All shipments must include a valid tracking number.

• Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

• Sellers are responsible for purchasing shipping labels through their preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Pirate Ship, etc.).

Tracking

• Tracking information must be uploaded to the order once the item has shipped.

• Orders without tracking may be subject to cancellation or seller account review.

Damage, Loss, & Delays

• Sellers are responsible for claims related to lost or damaged packages.

• If an item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, the seller may be required to issue a refund.

• Dragonstone is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Failure to Ship

• Orders not shipped within the required handling time may be canceled.

• Repeated failure to ship orders may result in seller suspension or removal.

Prohibited Shipping Methods

• No untracked shipping methods (including stamped envelopes).

• No misleading shipping costs or services.

Dragonstone reserves the right to update this policy to ensure a safe and fair marketplace.
